The Hawaii Primary Election Voting, Amendment 11, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 5, 1968, as a convention referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed one addition to the constitution: Article II, new Section. The amendment would authorize the legislature to provide for a presidential preference primary.[1]
