The Hawaii Reapportionment Commission from Four Island Units Amendment was not put on the November 8, 2016, ballot in Hawaii as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure, upon voter approval, would have required that the "reapportionment commission be composed of members from each of the four basic island units."[1]
