The Hawaii Voting Age, Proposition 3, also known as Proposition 3, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition asked whether the voting age ought to be lowered from 20 to 18 years old.[1]
