Hawaii mass mails potential jurors
August 8, 2011
Hawaii: Last week, the judicial branch in Hawaii embarked on its annual tradition of mailing all potential jurors for trials. 230,000 questionnaires were mailed to residents with state driver's licenses, those registered to vote and individuals who pay state income tax. These potential jurors have ten days to complete and return the forms and will create the jury pool for 2012.[1]
