Ballot title

The ballot title for Measure UU was as follows:

To fund general municipal services such as 911 emergency response, fire/paramedic/public safety, homeless reduction programs, senior/youth programs, disaster preparedness, and repairing/maintaining streets/roads/potholes/storm drains, shall an ordinance creating an additional 2.5% locally-controlled tax on utility bills be adopted, providing approximately $3,200,000 annually in new funds until ended by voters, exempting senior citizens/disabled-headed households, and requiring independent audits and transparency?
