Haynes appointed to Pueblo County Court

Colorado: Governor Hickenlooper made the second judicial appointment of his term recently, naming Valerie V. Haynes to the Pueblo County Court. Haynes has been an assistant county attorney in Pueblo County since 2004.[1]
Haynes succeeds Kathleen K. Hearn, who retired from the court on June 30 after sixteen years of service.[2] Hayes will need to stand for retention in the 2012 election if she wants to continue serving.
