Biographical submission
Chandler submitted the following campaign themes through Ballotpedia’s biographical information submission form:
“ |
What is your political philosophy? As a Grandmother and outspoken advocate for Arizona’s children, I am extremely concerned about the future for our grandchildren. I believe that Climate Change and our environment isn’t just an issue, it is the entire context in which we have to make all our public policy decisions. We have a great opportunity to develop a sustainable future for Arizona, but this requires visionary leaders that have the courage to move beyond the partisan divide, fear, and special interests control, to work collaboratively - creating a future that we are proud to give future generations. We must come together, find common ground and unity of purpose and have the difficult dialogues of how we can develop an Arizona that works for all of us – not just a few. I have a diverse background in government, non-profit and business working with people of all ages, ethnic and cultural backgrounds, including early childhood, education, health care, social services, mental health, and environmental as well as regulatory and financial management. I have a BA - Early Childhood Development, MA in Management and am a Certified Public Manager. Together we will invent, innovate, and collaborate to build an Arizona that works for all of us. [2] |
