A City of Healdsburg Urban Growth Boundary Extension, Measure W ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the City of Healdsburg in Sonoma County, where it was approved.
According to an analysis by the Healdsburg City Attorney, Measure W reaffirms and readopts "the provisions of the City's 2030 General Plan that are consistent with Ordinance 932 and extends the term of such provisions until December 31, 2030. The Ordinance also amends the general plan description of the Urban Growth Boundary/Urban Service Area to acknowledge this ballot measure and reaffirms the Land Use Plan contained in Figure 3 of the General Plan that depicts the boundary line of the Urban Growth Boundary. The Ordinance does not alter the boundary line of the Urban Growth Boundary that was approved by the voters in 1996."
