Four Heath Charter Amendment questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Licking County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.
The first question amended Section 3.05 of the Heath Charter.
The second question amended Section 4.16 of the Heath Charter.
The third question amended Section 5.06 of the Heath Charter.
The fourth question amended Section 6.06 of the Heath Charter.[1]
