I am a 22-year-old progressive Democrat running to replace Travis Hutson in Senate District 7. Our campaign is funded through 100% small-dollar donations and we intend to beholden to the working class of Florida. I was born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL, and attended Flagler College in Saint Augustine. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-law.
  • My campaign wants to expand Medicaid so that 800,000+ Floridians may recieve health insurance.
  • We want to overhaul and expand Florida's unemployment system and ensure benefits are paid since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • We want to expand environmental protections, ensure clean air and water, and transition to a 100% green, renewable economy by 2030.

- Creation of over 120,000 jobs for medical marijuana alone by 2025

Banning money in politics
- 100% refuse to take corporate PAC money, lobbyist money, and special interest money

I look up to my law professor, Chris Moser, from Flagler College. She was very active in helping her students know the history of Saint Augustine and how we as law students can help those in need. I did an independent study with her in my junior year and got to research case law for her. The fire she has and continues to have is something I would like to emulate. She has continuously been someone that I have gone to for advice and I am thankful to have had her as a professor.
I am not bought by corporations. I am fully funded by small-dollar donations so I will only fight for the issues of my constituents. I am dedicated to listening to the concerns of my constituents and putting their interests first before anything. I am focused on issues like criminal justice reform, the environment, healthcare, and unemployment which are directly affecting the lives of the citizens of District 7. It is critical at a time like this to have representation in office for minorities and I want to be that person for people of all races, backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, and more.
The legacy I would like to leave is stressing the importance of community. Our community is what makes us strong and having one fosters a sense of trust and care that I believe can be lacking in some areas.
