Heather Marshall
Heather Marshall was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 63 of the West Virginia House of Delegates. She replaced her husband, Donn Marshall, in the race.[1][2]

Elections for the West Virginia House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 13, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 25, 2014. Incumbent Michael Folk was unopposed in the Republican primary. Folk defeated Heather Marshall (D) in the general election. Marshall replaced her husband, Donn Marshall, in the race after he accepted a job with the U.S. Department of Defense.[5][6]
