Heather V. Taylor is a judge of the New Jersey Vicinage 5 Superior Court. She assumed office in 2022. Her current term ends in 2029.

Biography

Taylor received her bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She has worked as an Associate with Cummings & Lockwood, LLP, as a partner with McCarter & English, LLP, and as Director of the products Liability Group at Gibbons, P.C. She then served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Division of Criminal Justice in the Office of the Attorney General. From 2014 until her appointment, Taylor served as the Chief Ethics Officer for the Office of the Governor of New Jersey.[2]
