Hector Concepcion was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Illinois.[1] He was defeated by incumbent Luis Gutierrez (D) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2] He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on March 18, 2014.[3]

He was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Illinois. Concepcion was removed from the primary race on January 17, 2012.[4]

Concepcion ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Illinois' 4th District.[5] Concepcion sought the nomination on the Republican ticket.[6] The signature filing deadline was December 27, 2011. The primary took place on March 20, 2012. Incumbent Luis Gutierrez sought re-election on the Democratic ticket.

Concepcion was removed from the primary race on January 17, 2012, but instead ran as a write-in candidate. He was defeated by Luis Gutierrez (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[7]
