Heidi Moawad
Heidi Moawad is a judge for Position 36 of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court. Moawad assumed office on March 14, 2019. Moawad's current term ends on January 4, 2027.
Moawad won re-election for the Position 36 judge of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court outright in the primary on May 19, 2020, after the general election was canceled.
On March 14, 2019, Governor Kate Brown (D) appointed Moawad to the court to replace Judge John A. Wittmayer.[1]
Education
Moawad received a B.A. in theatre and political science from Whittier College in 1994 and a J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1999.[2]
