There was a Henry County Sales tax Increase proposition on the February 2 ballot in Henry County.

This measure was defeated

  • YES 3,617 (44.77%)
  • NO 4,462 (55.23%)Defeatedd[1]

This measure sought to increase the county sales tax by .25 percent, only to last up tp ten years if approved. The money generated would be used for public facilities general use.[2]
