Henry Norman Graven (1883-1970) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.

Graven was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 3, 1944, to a seat vacated by George C. Scott; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 21, 1944, and received commission March 24, 1944. He served as chief judge for a brief stint in 1961 before assuming senior status on August 31, 1961. He served until his death on February 1, 1970.
