As a proud resident of Queens for over 30 years, I know the challenges and opportunities that make our borough the most diverse and dynamic in America. My vision is rooted in common sense solutions, economic empowerment, and ensuring a safe, thriving community for all.

With 27+ years in real estate, I've revitalized distressed neighborhoods, creating over 1,000 homes and improving countless lives.

Educated at Aviation High School and St. John's University, I live, work and build in Queens - because our community deserves the best.
  • PUBLIC SAFETY: Safer streets and subways with increased NYPD presence, and cameras to deter and document crime.
  • AFFORDABLE HOUSING: Expand housing options for families, veterans and hardworking residents to ensure no one is priced out of Queens.
  • EDUCATION & JOB TRAINING: Invest in tuition-free education, skills training and scholarships to equip our youth with the tools to compete and succeed.
Affordable housing is crucial for economic stability and social equity, providing low-income families with safe living conditions. Corruption can undermine these initiatives through fund misallocation and favoritism. Strict oversight and transparency, including independent audits and community involvement, are essential. Equitable access must prioritize marginalized communities to prevent disproportionate impacts from housing shortages. Investing in infrastructure and community services enhances the viability of affordable housing and elevates residents' quality of life. Involving local residents in planning fosters ownership and ensures projects reflect community needs, promoting fair and effective affordable housing solutions.
The ability to listen and act on the needs of the people is the cornerstone of effective political leadership.
I believe the qualities that make me the best candidate for office are my extensive experience in housing development and my deep commitment to transforming neighborhoods, particularly those that are distressed. Over the decades, I have successfully focused on bringing together people from all walks of life, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. One of my core strengths is my ability to listen to the needs of my community. I prioritize understanding their concerns and aspirations, ensuring that my initiatives genuinely reflect the community's needs. With this unique combination of experience and dedication, I am confident in my ability to create positive change and make a meaningful impact in our community.
