Henry L. Warren

Henry L. Warren was the second Chief Justice of the Montana Supreme Court during the time that the court was a territorial court prior to Montana's statehood. He served in the position from 1868-1871, and was appointed to the court on July 18, 1868, by President Andrew Johnson.
