Henry Marsh (Virginia)
Henry L. Marsh III is a former Democratic member of the Virginia State Senate, representing District 16 from 1991 to July 3, 2014.[1]
Biography
Marsh received a A.B. in Sociology at Virginia Union University and a LL.B. at Howard University. March is an attorney at law.

On November 8, 2011, Marsh won re-election to District 16 of the Virginia State Senate. He was unchallenged in the August 23 primary and ran unopposed in the November 8 general election.[2]

On Nov. 6, 2007, Marsh won re-election to the 16th District Seat in the Virginia State Senate, defeating opponent Robert Owens (I).[3]
