Henry Paul Monaghan was the Harlan Fiske Stone professor of constitutional law at Columbia Law School from 1988 to 2019.[1] He is a member of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences and was awarded the Columbia Law School Medal for Excellence in 2010.[1] His Columbia faculty biography lists constitutional law, federal jurisdiction, federal courts, and the presidency among his specialties.[1]
