Henry T. Nakamoto

Henry T. Nakamoto is a judge of the Hawai`i Third Circuit Court of Hawaii. He was appointed by Gov. David Ige (D) on August 30, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Glenn S. Hara. Nakamoto's appointment was confirmed by the Hawaii State Senate on September 26, 2017.[1]
Nakamoto was a judge of the Hawai`i Third Circuit Family Court of Hawaii. He was appointed by Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald on April 16, 2014. After being confirmed by the Hawaii Senate, he was sworn in to office on June 10, 2014.[2][3][4]
Biography
Nakamoto received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1989. He was an associate with Goodsill, Anderson, Quinn and Stifel from 1989 to 1991. Nakamoto was an associate and partner with Nakamoto, Okamoto and Yamamoto from 1992 to 2014.[2]
