Henry W. Van Eck
Henry W. Van Eck is the chief judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was appointed to the court on April 6, 2017, to a term that will expire on April 5, 2031.[1] In 2019, Van Eck became chief judge of the court.
Education
Judge Van Eck earned his bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University and his J.D. from Widener University.[2]
Career
Prior to his appointment to the court, Van Eck was an attorney with the Mette, Evans & Woodside law firm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.[2]
