Henry Frederick Werker (1920-1984) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Werker was nominated by President Richard Nixon on May 31, 1974, to a seat vacated by Sylvester Ryan; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 21, 1974, and received commission on July 9. He served until his death on May 10, 1984.[1] Werker was succeeded in this position by Louis Stanton.
