Herb Rule was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of Arkansas.

Rule was defeated by incumbent Tim Griffin.[1] Rule ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Arkansas's 2nd District. He was unopposed in the May 22, 2012, Democratic primary and faced incumbent Tim Griffin in the November 6, 2012, general election.
