Biography
Herbert I. Burns Jr. was born in Lexington, Kentucky. Burns' professional experience includes working as an architect, educator, artist, international collaborator, and creator. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky in 1975 and graduated from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.[1][2]
