Herman Taylor, II
Herman Taylor, II was a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 14 since January 8, 2003.
Taylor is the President/Chief Executive Officer of Deskmate Office Products.
He is Secretary of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, and a member of the Maryland Veterans Caucus, Bi-County Committee, Montgomery County Delegation, Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, and the National Conference of State Legislatures.[1]

On November 7, 2006, Herman Taylor, II ran for District 14 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the third of three seats, losing to Anne Kaiser and Karen Montgomery but beating John McKinnis, John Austin, and Jim Goldberg .[2]
