A Hernando County Mosquito Levy Referendum Advisory question is on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hernando County, which is in Florida, where it was approved.

“ | Since 2011, Hernando County has funded the provision of mosquito and other pest insect control services with a property tax levy, at a rate not to exceed one-tenth of one mill (.1 mil). The referendum asks whether the levy shall be continued.
Shall the Board of County Commissioners continue to levy a property tax of up to one-tenth of one mill (.1 mil) to fund the provision of mosquito and other pest insect control services? YES |
