Herschel Hamner was a judge of Circuit 6 in Alabama.[1] He retired from the court in January 2011 and was succeeded by Elizabeth Hamner, who is of no relation.[2]
Education
Judge Hamner attended Birmingham-Southern College for his Bachelor of Arts and the University of Alabama for his J.D.[3]
