Herscher Community Unit School District Bond Proposition (April 2013)

A Herscher Community Unit School District Bond proposition was handily defeated on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Livingston, Kankakee, Iroquois, Ford, Grundy Counties, which are in Illinois.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the Herscher Community Unit School District to increase its debt by $3 million through issuing general obligation bonds in that amount in order to have working cash funds.[1]
