A High Springs City Charter Amendment question is on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Alachua County, which is in Florida, where it was approved.
This question amended the High Springs City Charter to restrict municipal borrowing to $1 million in any single load, unless an loan in excess of this limitation is approved by a 2/3 majority vote from the City Commission and is approved by the voters of High Springs by referendum.[1]
