A Highland Beach Town Charter Amendments proposition was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Palm Beach County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended nine different sections of the Highland Beach Town Charter concerning Corporate Authority, Term Limits, Commission Meetings, Land Clearance and Littering, Town Commissioner Duties, Police Chief and Town Clerk Positions and Legal Action against the Town.[1]
