Hilary Davis Griffith is a juvenile court judge of the 23rd Judicial District in Virginia. She was elected by the Virginia Legislature on February 25, 2015, effective in July, for a term that expires in 2021.[1]
Career
Prior to her appointment to the bench, Griffith was an attorney in private practice and served as a substitute judge. From 1998 to 2010, she was a Botetourt County prosecutor.[1]
