I am a dedicated public servant and long-time resident of Las Vegas. I'm raising my 3 children here with my husband, who is aretired law enforcement. With nearly two decades of local ties, comprehensive legal experience, and a steadfast commitment to integrity, I am prepared to bring my extensive knowledge and principled approach to the Justice Court 4 bench.

I moved to Las Vegas in 2005 and started working in the hospitality industry on the Las Vegas Strip. While working on the Strip, I pursued my education at UNLV, earning degrees in Criminal Justice and Law, both with honors. My career has been marked by a dedication to justice and community service. I have served in various capacities at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office over the last 13 years, protecting community members and ensuring rehabilitative services for at-risk individuals.

As someone who has dedicated their career to serving the Las Vegas community, I am deeply committed to ensuring justice with integrity and compassion. My experience in handling high-level criminal cases, collaborating with law enforcement, and mentoring the next generation of criminal justice professionals has prepared me to serve effectively on the Justice Court bench. I pledge to uphold the core values of the Constitution in every decision I make. My commitment is to foster a legal system that embodies the Las Vegas community’s ideals, champions equal justice for all, and prioritizes the safety and well-being of our families.
  • Integrity and Fairness: I promise to uphold the highest standards of justice with honesty, impartiality, and fairness.
  • Extensive Legal Experience: I have the courtroom experience that matters. I have handled thousands of cases across all stages of litigation, including jury trials, bail hearings, and sentencing. My expertise spans from general criminal cases to high-stakes drug trafficking and homicide prosecutions, ensuring I have the breadth and depth of experience necessary for this role.
  • Community Support and Trust: My candidacy is backed by law enforcement, union laborers, and a broad base of community members, showing the trust I have earned over nearly two decades in Las Vegas. Police officers, businesses, and local leaders have all expressed their confidence in my ability to serve as a fair, effective, and compassionate judge.
Community service and community safety:

My dedication to public service is evident in my teaching role at UNLV, where I mentor future legal professionals, and in my efforts training and mentoring new deputy district attorneys. My commitment to guiding the next generation of legal minds reflects my deep-rooted belief in the importance of justice and community involvement.

As a mom, community safety is a hugely important to me. I believe we must protect our community while providing resources to rehabilitate those in need. Accountability is important, and protecting the community is my number one priority.
The core responsibilities for someone elected as a Justice of the Peace in the Las Vegas Justice Court are to adjudicate cases fairly and impartially, based on the current laws our society has decided should govern us. Every person entering the court should be treated with respect and dignity. Cases should be promptly decided based on the individual facts and circumstances of each case.
My first job was as a dance teacher assistant starting at age 10. I worked this job for years to pay for my own lessons since my parents could not afford the cost.
