Hilda Legg
Hilda Gay Legg is an attorney and a former administrator for the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Utilities Service (RUS) division. Legg ran for Kentucky Secretary of State in the 2011 elections. She challenged local businessman Bill Johnson in the Republican primary contest held on May 27th, 2011.[1]
