A Hills and Dales Village Street Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Stark County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Village of Hills and Dales to increase property taxes by 5 mills ($5 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund construction and maintenance of roads and streets in the Village.[1]

| “ | An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Hills and Dales for the purpose of general construction,
reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges at a rate not exceeding five (5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty cents ($0.50) for each one hundred dollars of valuation for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[1][2] |
