“ | Shall there be a tax of ($0.20) on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) assessed valuation for a branch library in the Hillsboro Area Subdistrict of the Jefferson County Library District consisting of the Hillsboro Reorganized School District No. 3 of Jefferson County, Missouri, less and excepting any part thereof located within the Cities of DeSoto, Festus and Herculaneum?[2] | ” |
