Hiram A. Carpenter, III was a judge on the Blair County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Carpenter was first elected in 1989, and was re-elected in 1999 and 2009. After retiring in 2012, he served the court as a senior judge.[2]

Education

Carpenter earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Georgetown University.[3]
