Two Hocking County EMS Tax Levy Replacement questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hocking County, which is in Ohio, where they were approved.

These questions both authorized Hocking County to impose replacement property tax levies of 1 mill ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fund emergency medical services.[1]
