Two Holgate & New Bavaria Village Levy Addition measures was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the villages of Holgate and New Bavaria which are in Henry County.
Both measures were approved
The Holgate measure sought to add to the current improvement levy by a rate of 1.7 mills for a further five years in order to further help pay for permanent improvement projects in the village.

- NO 49 (35.51%)
The New Bavaria measure sought to add to the current expenses levy by a rate of 3 mills for a further five years in order to continue to help pay for the current expenses in the village.[1]
