I am not a career politician. I am a mom and a conservative who has become very concerned about our state and our country. I am a concerned citizen who believes we should have more accountability and transparency in government.

The state budget is exploding, while our schools and roads are crumbling. Our taxes and cost of living continue to increase, but we have yet to see any return on our investment. The inefficiency of Lansing is unacceptable. And we can not afford for this to continue.

We need strong leadership in Lansing that isn't swayed by greed or political ambition. We need to remind our elected officials who they work for, and what happens when they don't represent our interests. Now is the time to send new blood to Lansing - people who stand firm in their beliefs and understand their purpose is to represent their constituents best interests, not their own.
  • I am not a politician. I am an informed and concerned citizen who believes we are headed in the wrong direction. I believe we need strong conservative voices to become more involved in all levels of government.
  • Famlies are hurting. Between gas prices and inflation, this economy is crippling the financial stability of most Michigan families. Our state budget is enormous and continues to grow at every opportunity. The inefficiency and amount of wasteful spending is staggering. Michigan families can NOT afford for this to continue,. State spending decisions should be focused on common sense solutions, accountability, and transparency.
  • I believe we are blessed to live in the best country on earth. I believe Michigan has great potential, and that we have many great days ahead of us. I believe you should have the freedom to make your own health decisions. I believe we should safeguard our elections, and protect the foundation of our constitutional republic by ensuring the process is fair and accurate. And I believe if we all come together to work on these issues, Michigan will become a better home for all of us, regardless of our differences.
The past two years, I have spent a lot of time learning about the issues in our schools. Our students are struggling, teachers are feeling unsupported, and buildings are in desperate need of repairs. There has been an unprecedented amount of funding sent to our local school districts, and yet many schools have little to show for it. As we move on from COVID, mental health and discipline are key aspects to focus on going forward. We need to ensure our kids are safe and identify kids who are in need of additional support or intervention. Curriculum needs to be vetted for aspects of Critical Race Theory and other anti-American concepts. Most importantly, our children need to be protected from being exposed to overtly sexualized concepts at a young age. I have seen examples of all of these things taking place right here in Washtenaw and Monroe counties.

As an election inspector, I am also very passionate about protecting our election process. Instead of disputing accusations, we need to provide confidence and reassurance to every Michigander that their vote is valuable and accounted for. This can only happen if there is consistent enforcement of all election laws, and full transparency into all aspects of the election process. Every citizen should be required to present a valid form of identification to cast their ballot. Reasonable concerns about election integrity should be fully investigated and anyone associated should be prosecuted.
