Holly Meyer

Holly Meyer is a judge of the Sixteenth Circuit in Arkansas. She was appointed by Governor Asa Hutchinson on March 3, 2015, for a term that expired in 2016.[1] She was elected to the First Division in 2019.[2]
Education
Meyer received her undergraduate degree from Hendrix College and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[1]
Career
Meyer was previously the chief deputy prosecutor in Cleburne County. She has also served as chief counsel to the Department of Human Services.[1] Her professional experience also includes serving as a deputy prosecutor for Pulaski County and teaching for the National College of District Attorneys.[3]
