| Shall the Holt Community Fire Protection District of Clay and Clinton counties issue $690,000 in general obligation bonds to make the final payment of lease purchase agreements that were used to fund the construction of the district’s fire station and the purchase of equipment, and to finance the cost to acquire an ambulance and install fire and emergency services equipment?[3] |
