Shall the Township of Holton levy a renewal millage affecting all lands in Holton Township for the purpose of defraying the cost of maintenance and operation of the Fire Department for a period of ten years (10 years) starting 2011 until 2021 at the rate of 2 mills (2 per $1000 of taxable valuation.)[3] |
