School District #370, Canyon and Owyhee Counties, Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a supplemental levy, as permitted by law in Section 33-802(3), Idaho Code, four-hundred-eighty-four thousand one hundred dollars ($484,100), each year, for two years for the purpose of paying all lawful expenses for maintaining and operating the schools of the District for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2015? IN FAVOR OF authorizing the levy in the amount of $484,100.00, each year, for two years AGAINST authorizing the levy in the amount of $484,100.00, each year, for two years[1][2] |
