Homer Truett Bone (b. 1883, d. 1970) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He was appointed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, then confirmed by the United States Senate on April 1, 1944.[1] Bone died on March 11, 1970.

Education

Judge Bone attended Tacoma Law School, where he received his degree in 1911.[1]
