Honora O'Brien Kilgallen is a judge on the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in New Jersey.[1] Kilgallen was appointed to the court in 2003 and obtained tenured status in 2010. She will now serve on the court until she reaches 70 years of age in 2030.[2][3]

Kilgallen received her undergraduate degree from Georgian Court College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University.[4]
