Howard F. Bryan, IV was a judge for Circuit 5 in Alabama. He retired in 2007 but took the bench again in a special case, and occasionally fills in for recused judges.

Education

Bryan graduated from Samford University with B.S. in General Business in 1969. He received his J.D. in 1972 from the University of Alabama Law School.
