Howard Hantman
Howard Hantman was a judge on the Family Bench of the Pima County Superior Court in Tucson, Arizona.[1] He was appointed to the court by former Governor Fife Symington in 1994 and retired on July 26, 2013.[2][3]
Education
Hantman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from University of Arizona College of Law in 1971.[3][4]
Career
Before he joined the court, Hantman served as a deputy attorney for Pima County and later as an assistant public defender. He became a judge pro tempore of the Pima County Superior Court in 1989 and was later appointed to the court in 1994.[3]
2012 election
Hantman was retained to the Pima County Superior Court with 72.81 percent of the vote in the general election on November 6, 2012.[5][6]
