Campaign themes

2016

The following issues were listed on Klausner's campaign website. For a full list of campaign themes, click here.

  • National Security: One of the reasons I am running is because our incumbent failed to listen to her constituents when they asked her to vote against the Iran deal. I will never ignore your concerns.
  • Health Care: As an emergency room physician I was taught the struggles that people face. I understand health care better than most. I will work to improve the nation's health system.
  • Economy: The economy should be fairly straight forward. Like any budget, you have to spend what you take in. As a father, I try to teach financial intelligence to my kids. I think as a country we can do better.
