Howard L. Upchurch is a judge for the Bledsoe County General Sessions Court and the Bledsoe County Juvenile Court in Tennessee. He is based out of Pikeville, Tennessee.[1] Upchurch was re-elected to the court on August 7, 2014, for a term expiring in 2022.[2][3]
